As a Level 3 Customer Service Representative, you will handle complex customer inquiries and issues that require advanced-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, and ensuring customer. This role involves collaborating with other departments to resolve issues efficiently and training and guidance to junior team members.
